What is the process?

  1. Choose your best photo! - Select one of your own photos to use as the image on the front of your postcard. eg. a favourite pic from the camera roll on your phone.
  2. Choose your recipient eg. a friend or family member who you want to send the postcard to - Add their name and address
  3. Write your message which will go on the back of the postcard to your recipient. You can write up to around 600 characters in 20 lines.
  4. Make payment
  5. A pigeon will pop up saying that we have your order
  6. You will receive a confirmation email and a link to get a receipt
  7. We will set about preparing the postcard
  8. In a few days your recipient will receive the physical version of the postcard in the post

Your images

We believe more data, more problems. For that reason, your image is used only to create your postcard and is deleted within 45 days. We don't use your images for marketing, analytics, or anything else. They are yours.

Where is your cookie banner?

We hate them as much as everyone else, so we decided not to use cookies for tracking in any form. No marketing cookies. No analytics cookies.

That means we collect very little data about how the product is used and we're flying a bit semi-blind. If something feels off, confusing, or broken, we'd genuinely love to hear from you. Please reach out.

How long will it take for the postcard to arrive?

From the moment you receive confirmation of your order please allow 7 days for postcards to the UK and EU.

How much does it cost to send one postcard?

£3 (for postcards to the UK and Europe)

Are there any countries that I can't post to yet?

Yes, we are working on it but we cannot send postcards outside the UK and EU at the moment.
