We collect only what is needed to run the service:

• Names and email addresses
• Postal addresses provided by the user
• Uploaded photos and message text
• Payment and order references

We do not store payment card details.

How we use data

Personal data (including images) is used solely to provide the service, process payments, and communicate with users about their orders.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We do not have access to full payment card details.

When you pay in the iOS app, Stripe's mobile SDK may collect payment information entered in the in-app checkout sheet, along with limited device and usage data used by Stripe for payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not use this data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only.

Stripe may set cookies that are required for payment processing and fraud prevention. These cookies are strictly necessary and are not used for analytics, tracking, or advertising.

Data sharing

We share personal data only where necessary to operate the service, including with printing and delivery partners.

These partners use the data solely to provide the service and do not use it for their own marketing or analytics purposes.

We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

• Uploaded images are deleted within 45 days
• Order and payment records are kept only as required by law

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
