What this is

Postcard Pigeon lets you upload a photo, add a message and address, and send it as a physical postcard.

By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using the service

  • You're responsible for the photo, message, and address you provide.
  • Make sure you have the right to use the image you upload.
  • Orders are created exactly from what you submit, so double-check details before paying.

Once an order is placed, it usually can't be changed.

Payments

Simple and upfront:

  • Prices are shown before checkout.
  • Payments are handled securely via Stripe.
  • An order is processed only after payment is completed.

Quality & refunds

Postcards are custom-made, so we can't refund orders for:

  • incorrect addresses
  • spelling or content mistakes

If you're not happy with the quality of your postcard, email us. We'll do our best to help and go the extra mile to resolve the issue.

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates.
  • Once a postcard has been sent, delays or losses are outside our control.

If something seems to have gone wrong with delivery, email us. We can't guarantee a replacement in every case, but we will investigate and try to help.

Content

Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or clearly inappropriate.

Orders containing such content will be cancelled without refund.

Liability

We provide the service as-is.

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the cost of the order.

Nothing here affects your legal consumer rights.

Changes

These terms may change from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on the website.
